Diversity, inclusion, displacement, loss, the horror of violence in war, conflict of ethics versus politics, the ethic of human interconnectivity, appreciation, and a collective mind are topics Leila Ghasempor often brings up in her works, teaching, lectures, and workshops. Her artistic voice is like the stem of a red rose, which humans gift each other as a way of showing love and appreciation for one another. This act of gifting roses brings peace to the universe. Ghasempor believes that if we all carry this same level of care into our daily life and work together, we can prevent our society from experiencing much suffering and pain to a much more significant degree
